got pk'd during civil war

Explain why you were PK'd:   i was defending LAPO station when my game crashed this put me at a disadvantage because i had no clue what orders were if everyone had gone to moi or anything i loaded back in when their  was a luff guy there that shot me i respawned and there were 3 guys their that tried detaining and i kept telling them i was not moving they were blind then shot me  i was also lagging a lot so i dont know in there eyes i was moving but in my eyes i was in a corner and i dont think that should have gotten pk'd because of lag and me crashing.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: i crashed while i was fighting and lag was a huge issue because i was not moving  when they shot me or at least on my screen i wasn't

Hello, I was the staff member who issued this PK.

You were PK'd under the PK Guideline: "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK]".

The reason for this was because two members of the Military, one of them being myself pointed guns at you and told you not to move.

You then decided to try and run away, and tried running out the landespolizei garage, which you managed to open during an all out civil war. This action put us at risk, so you were then shot for attempting to flee.

I could have easily PK'd you there for breaking Fear RP the first time.

However, I decided to give you a second chance to abide by Fear RP so it would not have to result in a PK.

Then when we tried to arrest you for the second time, you ran away again, jumping up and down saying "oh my god, oh my god".

Which showed me that you were clearly breaking Fear RP and showed no regard for your characters life.

There was also zero indication that you were lagging and you certainly were moving around.

As the Luft there that was arresting you i can confirm everything coffee said you were given multiple chances to comply to our orders given while we had multiple guns on you and you decided to throw your life away running away on multiple occasions
