Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:  I was not intending on breaking NLR. To be completely honest I was on auto pilot just hanging out. I did create an RDM ticket for dying because at the time I was confused for why I was killed, however after taking a nap and reviewing the footage I was technically trespassing which is completely valid for you eliminating me. I do apologize for the confusion, I made a hasty decision to report you for RDM. Again, I was not trying to intentionally break NLR, I don't recall how I even died the first two times.

edit: more context, I reported Mr_Arrovv for RDM and the ticket was taken by Ronald, after I showed Ronald the clip, Mr_Arrovv took control of his own ticket by claiming I broke NLR 3 times and just straight up banned me for a week. I only recall dying once prior, in which it was also RDM (they never told me to leave and shanked me). I did not bother making a ticket for because it was late night and I was on my civilian and did not care. The second time I died which is the clip provided, I did make make an RDM report. I was just hanging out, I usually go in there when I'm in my head. Still an apology, you could argue I was trespassing, but I don't see the reason for a week ban.

Hey, I'm the staff member who banned you. I banned you because you broke the New Life rules three times in a row. I can understand that it was quite late but the length of the ban was chosen because you were kicked once before for the same reason, to warn you, since you also behaved very rudely towards me but also your large number of past offenses was very large, this is why I decided to ban you for a week.

Thank you for your apology. However, after reviewing this appeal, it's clear that your pattern of behavior continues to be a problem. You are freqeuntly in trouble, constantly appearing on the forums for all the wrong reasons and your history is filled with numerous past offenses. It's evident that you either have a really poor understanding of the rules or are simply choosing to ignore them which for someone who has a RPI character is not acceptable at all.

In this situation, you were banned for breaking NLR three times and instead of taking responsibility, you initially tried to frame it as RDM further showing a lack of accountability and a misunderstanding of basic server rules. Even in your appeal, there's a continued effort to minimize your actions and redirect the blame, rather than accepting the consequences of your behavior.

Your attitude towards staff has been consistently poor too which is something we don't accept here. Given your history, prior warnings and the nature of this situation I'm completely fine with Arrow handling the situation himself espcially considering the circumstances and your behavior at the time.

The one week ban is entirely justified. I'd recommend taking the time to reread the rules and reflect on how you interact with both other players and the staff team.
