Explain why you were PK'd:  I was pked because I was deemed to have transferred solely for the purpose of rising the ranks. However that is simply not possible since I can rise a rank once a day and I deranked transferring to the NSB.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was AFK when they dragged me to the room and surrounded me in cuffs. I believed I was safe because you cannot drag an afk player however they didn't think so and when I moved they drew their guns and killed me. I was under the presumption that since they powergamed I didn't have to comply and I was waiting for an admin to help me, but then I was shot and pked.

It is simply powergaming to force me into a department jusst to derank and kill me.
