Why were you banned?: I was banned for LTARP I went to the bathroom 13 minutes later I come to my computer and I see that I got banned for 3 days

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I think I deserve to be unbanned because At the time I switched characters to kg then I went to the bathroom to be right back then i got banned  one of the players on discord dm me saying why i was afk then i I explained the situation on what happened then he told me when of the moderators came they thought you had left becuase you saw an advertismenet calling for you - friend he thought you were dipping from tiny china stuff - friend  this is when I was in the bathroom I was also was detained by the Air Force  gentlemen prior  when they also made that announcement I was in the bathroom so I could have not saw it I deeply apologize for my actions if I did make anyone mad I didn't mean to do that. Especially when I was going to get a medal the following day really breaks my heart

What's the initial context of the ban? I had gotten almost 3 different members show me advertisements and had told me about you mugging random people in the middle of the street, aswell as randomly starting gun fights IC and overall being a jackass on your Tiny China character. Three of the Tiny China Employees begged me to fire him, so instead I approved your PK' after hearing the extensive grief you had caused other GO's and CO's from different factions - Criminal Organization PK Criteria: 2. On the orders of a Criminal Org. Leader [PK].

 

The three members of Tiny China witnessed you in Berlin making advertisements. This last advert you made was at 21:53:41

Two members make three different advertisements, all within 4 minutes of your last advertisement ^ at 21:58:06

After exactly 1 minute from the first advertisement Chie Okure made, you switched characters to your KG

This is when i bring you into a SIT, and wait patiently for over 5 minutes for you to return - Where you don't respond or move.

 

After considering all the circumstances? I decided that you broke General Rule 23. If you know taking an action will result in some sort of In-Character consequence, you may not leave the server for at least 30 minutes afterward. You had just been detained by the military and questioned after making outrageous advertisements, just to immediately switch characters and go afk as soon as you were released from the military, and the advertisement was made. I was left to assume you had purposefully or not left your tiny china character to avoid the Roleplay.
