Why do you deserve to be unbanned?

Hey thanks for taking the time to read this. I just wanted to explain my side of what happened and hopefully clear things up a bit.

I was banned for LTARP after switching to my KG character and going AFK but I wasn’t trying to avoid roleplay or anything like that. I had just been released by the military and then went to the bathroom. I was gone for about 13 minutes and when I came back, I saw I’d been banned. I didn’t even see the in-game advert asking me to come back to Tiny China since I wasn’t at my PC.

One of my friends messaged me on Discord asking why I was AFK and I explained the situation. That’s when I learned people thought I had left to avoid RP. That wasn’t the case at all, and I get how it might’ve looked like that, but it really was just bad timing on my part.

I also heard that some people were upset with my RP as Wang L i Can admit i was being a retard I apologize. I didn’t realize it was being taken that way and I’ll definitely be more careful going forward.

It honestly sucks because I was supposed to get a medal the next day and now it feels like everything got thrown off. I really enjoy playing on the server and being part of the community. I’ve learned from this and I’ll make sure to avoid these kinds of situations in the future.

What's the initial context of the ban? I had gotten almost 3 different members show me advertisements and had told me about you mugging random people in the middle of the street, aswell as randomly starting gun fights IC and overall being a jackass on your Tiny China character. Three of the Tiny China Employees begged me to fire him, so instead I approved your PK' after hearing the extensive grief you had caused other GO's and CO's from different factions - Criminal Organization PK Criteria: 2. On the orders of a Criminal Org. Leader [PK].

 

The three members of Tiny China witnessed you in Berlin making advertisements. This last advert you made was at 21:53:41

Two members make three different advertisements, all within 4 minutes of your last advertisement ^ at 21:58:06

[ADVERTISEMENT] Chie Okure: Wang Li please report to Tiny China for promotion! Big Honor!

After exactly 1 minute from the first advertisement Chie Okure made, you switched characters to your KG

This is when i bring you into a SIT, and wait patiently for over 5 minutes for you to return - Where you don't respond or move.

 

After considering all the circumstances? I decided that you broke General Rule 23. If you know taking an action will result in some sort of In-Character consequence, you may not leave the server for at least 30 minutes afterward. You had just been detained by the military and questioned after making outrageous advertisements, just to immediately switch characters and go afk as soon as you were released from the military, and the advertisement was made. I was left to assume you had purposefully or not left your tiny china character to avoid the Roleplay.

Thank you for taking the time to use the forum and properly appeal, although it's very odd you messaged me a different story, and then deleted your messages when you made this appeal now.

But for next time do that at the start instead of trying to redirect the blame onto someone else and acting clueless about the situation.
