Oberbootsmann Karl Raeder: Karl is a warplanner within the Imperial Naval War Planning Committee. Starting out as a young Marine, he transpired his way up the ranks into the war planning committee to serve his Emperor better.

Komissar Erich von Hauffenburg: Recruited as an officer, Erich became a member of the Interior Minister’s very own personal staff. His duties include administering the sub departments in the Ministry itself and ensuring its success.

Polizeiuntermeister Aaron Kronenburg:  Aaron joined as a LAPO officer at the young age of 21. His dreams were to ensure order just like his father in the Empire. His duties are to conduct traffic patrols and ensure that law and order is preserved across all paths of Berlin.

I’ve been a staff member on previous WW2RP servers in the past. My experiences range from all 10 years of playing the ww2RP game mode. Here are some servers I’ve staffed on since my tenure of playing the gamemode itself:

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
 

I believe I would be a good fit because I believe I can help this server move forward into the best future possible. I’m excellent at taking criticisms and being held accountable for my failures in what I do. My hopes are  to bring to this staff team a helping hand and progressing our beloved game mode to its greatest heights possible. 

As a member of a real life military, I believe that structure is what bonds the community, game mode and server together like a super glue. I want to bring greatness to a community I’ve come to enjoy and love over the many years I’ve been playing. I’m a dedicated man and a dedicated player to those who require service. My loyalty to the gamemode and the community is one of the most outstanding qualities that I have.

I have a high standing of professionalism from both within the past Gmod communities I’ve proudly staffed on and my real job within the U.S. Navy. If there’s something I learned from the military, it’s that helping a new guy out isn’t just an option; it’s an obligation. As a humble man, I believe it’s my job to help out new players and ensure that they are successful in their endeavors of enjoying our server. In terms of judgement and justice, I believe in treating all players to the same degree as each other, whether they are staff or not. It’s important to me that I remind myself that everyone plays on the same server, makes the same mistakes and that there’s always another chance.

To me, I believe in chances for people to redeem themselves. As I am not a perfect man myself, I’ve learned from other staff members a great deal of mercy when I made mistakes myself. Although I am clean, I’ve made mistakes from the past and have been shown leniency/mercy. This gift is one I believe on bestowing to those who show only minor infractions. 

And, if the occasion warrants it during a more serious matter or a higher offense, to extend fair and righteous judgement on those who have an inkling of redemption that they can make up for in their mistakes/offenses. These beliefs are what make the community a fantastic place to thrive. These values I hold nearest and dearest in my heart. I would hope to extend my values to help benefit the server more and continue its course into an amazing path that we’ve been riding on for many years and many more years to come.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

My duties as a staff member of this community are to ensure the structure, order and fairness is maintained within the server. This includes using to my better advantage judgement, mercy, hospitality and helpfulness. As a staff member, my job is to help out both players and the community and ensure that order is unscathed by those who wish to bring chaos to the server. 

Helping new people is one of the highest priorities as a staff member. I believe that new players are the future of the community and a torch that guides our paths into better days to come. The way we conduct ourselves and make ourselves examples of how we should be and how we are to be. Even from the smallest infraction on our server rules, I believe in counseling the individual before handing out any punishments to ensure they have a clear understanding of our server rules.

Great application, I love it. But my only tip if this is denied is make a bigger appearience, I bearly know who you are, I only recognize who you are only from your name. Which I don't really know what you've even done anyway within the community.
