Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: i had misused the perms i apologize in advance i do want to use them to help build and use them for good the reason why i got them warned the first time is because i used a prop to prop slide and naming it a "skateboard" then the second time i had used it to put lights on a board and fling it around (didnt hit anyone/anything) im sure i cause a ruckus for no reason and pissed the admins off but i am terribly sorry about my behavior it was very unmature of me and wont happen again

Hello, this is why your permissions were removed. 

Starting Context, I was RPing when I saw in chat you say in OOC someone deleted my skateboard,
After walking down the street, I saw you flying around on a "skateboard." From the OOC message you said, I assumed another staff member had already deleted your prop, so I took you into a sit room to explain that you can't prop fly and prop perms are strictly for serious RP situations. I gave you a warning and sent you back about your day.

15 minutes later, I return to my PC to see you in front of the Reichstag, using your phsygun to laser people across the map towards the bank, and whatnot to instigate them to come over, a staff member passes by you after you do it to him. He verbally warns you "If you do that again ill bring you to a sit" > I thought maybe you would stop screwing around then. Still, instead, you decided to spawn a large plastic panel and paste extremely bright lights and then fling it around in front of random people's faces in front of Lapopo station. Near you, it was clear you had no intent to use the prop permissions properly on our server, so I brought you to a seat and explained I was removing your perms.

yes as i do understand this and everything that has happened at that time i couldn't understand what he had said seeing as he was screaming and driving by at the same time so i had no verbal clearness received from him at the time although i do understand my actions weren't the optimal use of them at the time of the incident i do ensure that if my perms are(if) restored then they will not be used as such ways 

i do need them for role play purposes but at the time i was still figuring out what to do with them so in the time of the incident i was still trying to figure out what i can all do i am sorry that i did lazer people from across the map and for how i treated them i now understand the main important rules and how to use the phys-gun i do wish that you take my words under-consideration. thank you for your time.
