Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: First and foremost, I am an outpouring fountain of competency. When situations get serious, I make it a priority to fit the mood, ensuring an absolute professional atmosphere. I have the ability to adapt to different encounters, shaping to the different emotional factors and mindsets of different community members. I have motive to fulfill quota, and strive to assist with any situation possible. I will always put staffing at the top of my list, and won't focus on slacking or any minute situations over my volunteer staffing. I would improve this community through my dedication, and consistency. Tying in with competency, I can also learn from mistakes. The second reason I should be selected for the staffing team is my activity. Like others, I pour hours into the community. I am constantly engaged through my day and find myself active in-game, on forums, and on the discord(s). I can stay on top of the responsibilities I have by managing my time well, and segmenting my day for optimal community support. I plan on stretching this volunteering wide and digging myself deeper into the community through assisting its players. I could find the moments in-game that are voided due to nothing happening with the ability to actively seek the in-need players. The third reason that should find me selected is my experience with the community. For starters, I have been a previous staff member. This allows me to already have a base established. It means I am familiarized with the ins and outs of the server. Secondly, I have spent years in this community, and "attached" communities like Revenant. I am an involved member and have a history of success in this type of volunteer work. All these majority reasons for why I know I should be selected for the staff team directly support my cause, will, and determination. 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: Staff hold the most critical role in the server. They are the support beams of roleplay, responsible for ensuring that roleplay even takes place in the server. They are in charge of rule enforcement, atmosphere building, and community introduction. For rule enforcement, staff follow a strict guideline to ensure that players are following set rules that allow for the best possible roleplay to ensure. For atmosphere building, staff are responsible for making the situation immersive, no matter what the topic of roleplay could be. They must fulfill the gap that may be missing, and promise an enjoyable experience at all times. For community introduction, staff are responsible for guiding new players to starting their roleplay, and giving them a gist of how the server experience takes place, and what they can expect from hour-to-hour and day-to-day. These responsibilities are what allow each player to have an individualized worldliness in prom.
