Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I Had believed that if somebody was bothering you could kill them if u do it properly under Rp but i recently got banned because i did that but i learned the lesson i apologized to the dude and i think i crashed on him for no reason

Hi, I'm the Administrator that banned you. After reviewing the clip provided at the time and bringing you to an admin sit you admitted that you killed the player making the ticket against you because he "annoyed" you. The clip showed him driving by in his car, stopping his vehicle while remaining inside and you, hovering just inside the entrance of the Kontinental Hotel, arming your weapon and then shooting him. Although you said he had been attempting to recruit you into his faction more than once,  I explained to you that  it is not a valid reason to kill someone because they simply annoy you, especially without a proper escalation of the situation or as a final resort after exhausting other forms of RP options. I then took a look at your previous offenses and bans which were extensive, Including the most recent note that was also for RDM. I then choose to be lenient with you banning you only for a single day with a direction to review the rules of our community. I think a 1 day ban reflects incredible leniency given your history of past offenses and considering that the ban will be lifted this coming morning, (its almost midnight now) I see no need for the ban to be lifted. Thank you for taking the time, however, to make an appeal.
