Why were you banned?: for mrdm

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: cause both sides agreed on going to war and getting shot at and staff didnt have a problem with it whatsoever exept from this Cezzy dude he banned me because we declared war and killed the kaiserguards even tho they didnt make a ticket also we opened war to Lapos too before and the staff was okey with it when both sides agreed to get shot and got shot

Hi. I banned you because you were running around shooting at everybody in a Kaisergarde uniform because you "declared war" on the Kaisergarde.

 

You can not just "declare war" on a faction to go around and kill them all. No, even if they agree. Because I did not agree, nor did @AUGUSTUS, yet we were both shot at whilst on our Kaisergarde characters because "I declared war". So, just so we're clear, you were 100% in the wrong. Now, I'll talk about why I decided to issue the ban:

 

Initially, I was going to warn you. However, I checked your previous notes/bans. You have 4 notes for RDM, and 1 for MRDM. You have 2 bans for RDM, and 2 for MRDM (Not counting this ban). This makes no less than 8 separate RDM related offences. This is NOT a DarkRP server. This is a serious Roleplay server. Regardless; I could put the previous offences aside, since they are all rather old. But you categorically refused to apologise, or to admit you were in the wrong. You continued to argue that it was valid to start a Team Death Match on our server because you "Declared" war on a government faction. Even now, you are disputing the ban instead of apologising.

Go take a break and come back when you learn what the word "Roleplay" means.

so we cant declare war ı got that part but why didnt you stop us with the LAPO war then? and just let us shoot at each other? why because you didnt didnt care? and ı was still speaking when you banned me you didnt even listen to me fully

They weren't. They were involved in Mass RDM. There is no such thing as just declaring a war on a Government faction and getting the ability to murder them all. This wasn't a civil war between NHC; this was you minging and committing MRDM.

Because both sides didn't agree.. Some people within the KG agreeing to some shootouts doesn't mean you can murder everybody with a KG uniform.
