You didn't talk on the radio, you were moaning into, repeatedly. It was just annoying, doing the same joke 12 times is just annoying. I also don't need rules to ban you, not sure why you'd think I do. Strange.

Also, we do not need a specific rule to ban someone, especially when they are blatantly disrupting roleplay by trolling.
