Appeal Type (Apology or Dispute): So i was walking around and i saw a guy sitting on a bench,and decided to kill him and when i did,he momentaly teleported to me,froze me and banned me for just one rdm,in my opinion this is clearly a power abuse,because i've seen people mrdming and getting banned for 3 weeks and im getting a perm ban for killing single guy

You walked up to me and punched me randomly, so I killed you for it. You then hunted me down on the map to kill me while I was sitting down after moving to a different part of the map. 

After reviewing your POs, I saw that you had extensive POs and had just returned from a Permanent ban. This is when I made the judgment that you were not fit to play on the servers, as you have an extensive pattern of repeatedly breaking rules. 

You also gave me a bullshit "missclick" reason to why you did it.

You had just recently returned from a permanent ban and you were given a second chance, but instead of showing any sign of improvement or respect for the rules, you immediately reverted to breaking the rules and trolling.

Also claiming that it was "Just one RDM" and claiming that Layheeee was "Power abusing" is absurd when the context of the situation shows otherwise and only proves that you're not taking any accountability for your actions.

So considering your prior ban history, recent behavior, and attitude in both the incident and this appeal, it's clear that you're not interested in taking the server seriously or following the rules.
