Description of the idea:  Fix the another cell at the lichterfeld

Why should this be added?:  its been broken for a long long time and should be fixed immedieatly

What negatives could this have?:  -

they are referring to the left cell within the kg base which can be opened but you are unable to enter (physical block like an invisible prop).
