Why were you banned?: Because of a really long name

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:  The name was well within the limit set by the server, I said I was willing to change my name, I am still willing to change my name but I was also having a really bad day that day since I had just got my command staff character pked. I really dont want to be banned for 2 months over something trivial. I am sorry for wasting your time with such a stupid name.

I am seriously sorry and I think I just was coping when I converted my feelings into a bad name decision (A name that was very long, nothing like terrible just long)

It was Wolfgang Johannes Friedrich Karl-Heinz von Bismarck Merzbach zu Falkenrath III
WHICH WAS STUPID

I was given the chance to rename and so I genuinely wanted to do an interesting portugeuse rp so I said I want this Juan Carlos Alfonso Víctor María de Borbón y Borbón-Dos Sicilias

It was misinterpretted as being disrespectful and then I was banned.


I will literally change my name to Joe Stug

I think apologizing and being honest is the number one policy, I complete understand my mistake and personally reached out to Spiral to apologize for wasting his time and defying him.     I realise I wasn't in the right headspace however 2 more months of my sentence will have no more of an effect on my mindset, this will not happen again and I am going to savor the rest of my days on PRN. I dont want to lose a summer worth of playing over something I did in the moment that was dumb.

So essentially:

You made a ticket requesting a suit model on a civ char, after that ticket was made I sent a message in staff chat saying to appropriate your name once the ticket was addressed; it was maybe within minutes that I was told you were being argumentative about the name change request so I stepped in myself by pulling you into a sit with the original staff member taking the ticket being Augustus. When being asked about the name instead of seeing reason you just said "The server allowed me to set this name!" assuming that just because there wasn't a character limit that it would be allowed. I told you to change your name and you then pasted yet another long name in chat showing no intent to display yourself in even a somewhat serious manner and when I informed you that I had no other decision other than to ban you considering your previous infractions you began lashing out. 

TLDR: You were asked to get a name change, refuse, asked by UA, refuse again and then proceeded to supply yet another stupidly long name.
 

You have been banned 3 times before this, two separate times for 1 month, one for 2 weeks, and have 4 notes on your account. Among these infractions are multiple offenses for metagaming, lying to staff, and one just being for flat out racism? With someone who has the record of lying to staff and having a complete lack of control over yourself I really feel almost no sympathy for this situation but rather for the fact that you actually need to find something else to do with your free time.
