Explain why you were PK'd: I was apparently being detained, I shot, they shot, I died

Why should you be un-PK'd?:  Because I am on shit wifi right now, my computer was lagging out for a solid 5 minutes, and because of this I had no clue what was going on. One second I am surrounded by my men and my headset is filled with the screeches of lag, and the next my men are dead, I'm being surrounded by military, and my headset is filled with the screeches of green wearing banshees. I see more of my men, that have arrived as back up shoot and get shot, so I shoot as well. I was defending myself and the honor of the KG, I had no idea that what I was doing could be considered a PK-able offense. + I put a ton of time into my character and I really don't want to or have the time to rebuild it and accumulate all of my money again.

The KG left and you were the last guy there. In the clip all your friends were gone. You were surrounded and you responded to us. (even if you didn't understand us, our actions were obvious and you were being surrounded) After removing a prop obstacle in the way, we surround you and you start blasting us. 

None of your men arrived, that is just a lie. The whole thing was clipped. You were alone and would have lived if you didn't choose the dumb option. 

 

You died defending your honor I guess.

Hello, thank you for making an appeal. I'll clarify why the PK remains valid.

In the clip, you were alone and outnumbered outside the ICC garage, and you were being surrounded and arrested by the military, Instead of surrendering, you then opened fire on the military members who were arresting you.

This is you clearly initating a gunfight, and you died as a direct result. That makes the PK valid.

Also while we appreciate you putting time into your character, that does not exempt you from the consequences of your actions.
