Why were you banned?: I advertised "Genevieve Waldorf is the result of the mangled carcass of a naked mole-rat being brutally raped by Hendrik Baumer". 

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I was extremely intoxicated last night; I do not count this as a rationale for my actions. Moreover, I'm giving you my point of view on the events that led up to my ban. I am a long-time player of Prometheus, and I've stayed in touch with the community for nearly three years now. I'm carving out a new path on a very valuable character of mine, and I don't want to lose him due to a ban.

I know my statements were vulgar, and the reasoning was redundant. I know I shouldn't have done it. All this time, I've been extremely respectful to the community and its players, and I have orchestrated large RP conflicts between the Military and NSB in the past. As of right now, I am the Leading Richter in the Military Courts. I understand this kind of behavior coming from a relatively new player spouting nonsense so everyone can see it. However, in my case, hardly anyone saw it. The server had eight other players on at the time, and most of them left because of the incident at the Pantheon.

I am not proud of these statements in any way; it was just unnecessary, and I apologize for all whose names I mentioned. Last night, after all the factions got summoned to the Pantheon at the height of the civil war, there were numerous individuals who were broadcasting a lot of zany and absurd comments throughout the public broadcast system when the server was at its peak. I saw as these men were hunted and brutally slaughtered. Around the downtime of the server, not thinking clearly, I broadcasted a very hateful comment over the public broadcast system to try and get the attention of the NSB, who were at the time rounded up for PCOs against the Military and would jump on any Military in sight to try and spike some last-minute RP standoff between me and the NSB. That didn't go as planned, as I got banned.

I do not disrupt RP; I help make more of it. I was at the meeting in the Pantheon and sat at the table witnessing the Gebirgsjäger Chief get executed and another thrown off the balcony. No average, run-of-the-mill "jarhead" spilling his mind over the public broadcast could stand there and be present with NHC.

I've never gotten off on the wrong foot with anyone in the past, and I don't plan on making this the first time.

Additional Information: I'm not well-rested, which could explain the sudden outburst after such tranquility. I'm in better shape now than I was a while ago with this, so don't expect anything to go wrong from this point on. I do not believe a person who breaks the rules should be let off Scott free because of simple talk, maybe a reduction if its convincing but i digress.
