How long have you been roleplaying?:
Roughly 7+ years on Garry’s Mod and other platforms. I’ve participated in everything from passiveRP to leadership-driven faction roleplay (including Palpatine on IFN Imperial RP), across multiple gamemodes including militaryRP, darkRP, starwarsRP 

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:
No. My record is clean across all my characters. I understand the value of consistency, adherence to community rules, and keeping roleplay immersive for others.

Staff Knowledge Section
What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?
I have previously held positions as a staff member and community leader on various GMod servers, including Prometheus. Most notable outside of Prometheus was Icefuse Networks, where I served as Division Leader and HR Manager. My duties included enforcing and creating rules, handling player reports, resolving disputes, managing staff teams, and maintaining a healthy roleplay environment. I’m also familiar with moderation workflows on both standard GMod and schema-based platforms like Nutscript — including experience with commands, sit handling, and backend documentation practices. 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
I believe I bring a balanced skill set and a community-oriented mindset that makes me an excellent fit for the staff team — again. I’ve previously served on the staff team and gained valuable insight into how things operate behind the scenes. However, I wasn’t able to dedicate as much time to it as I had hoped due to time consuming obligations in real life. That’s not a problem this time around. With summer vacation underway and a more flexible academic schedule moving forward, I’m in a much better position to contribute consistently and effectively.

During my prior time on our staff team as well as in other communities, I learned that being a staff member is about more than just enforcing rules. It’s about being approachable, fair, and supporting roleplay from behind the curtain. Whether it’s to resolve disputes or helping players get back into their RP smoothly after a disruption, I genuinely enjoy the impact staff can have on improving the day-to-day experience for everyone.
On top of that, I have extensive moderation experience both here and on other servers as previously mentioned. I’m well-versed in handling sits, documentation, de-escalation, and understanding the responsibility that comes with staff powers. I know when to act, when to observe, and how to maintain professionalism regardless of the situation.

Most importantly, I care deeply about this community. I’ve developed characters, invested time in the lore both now and in the past, overall enjoyed the RP with both newcomers and veterans. Coming back to staff now isn’t just about returning — it’s about giving back with more availability, and a renewed sense of motivation. I’m ready to pick up the mantle once again and support the server in every way I can.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:
As a staff member, my job is to maintain a fair, immersive, and respectful environment on the server. This includes handling reports, assisting with sits, resolving disputes between players, and upholding the rules set by server management. It also means being proactive — not just reacting to problems, but helping to prevent them by maintaining a visible and approachable presence in the community outside of roleplay.
Beyond enforcement, a good staff member supports roleplay, ensuring that rules aren’t just followed, but that players have the opportunity to engage in meaningful RP without harassment, abuse, or metagaming ruining the experience. That means using discretion when intervening and understanding the flow of RP.
Staff should also communicate with each other effectively, document actions in accordance with set guidelines, and be willing to step in when needed — whether it's helping new players or handling server-wide incidents. Ultimately, staff are guardians of the community, and I take that responsibility seriously.

When writing applications I typically write one in my native language, then one in english and combine them using AI. That way what I mean, and what I think is more authentically expressed, and not limited by vocabulary. 
Ontop of that, In the application guidelines it never mentions or prohibits the use of ai - expecially not the way I use it.
