Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I deserve to be unbanned because i did no such things. I was just mining in the mine, mining some ores after that I interacted with a guy from gottingen corporation, after that I shot towards the mining wall so i can get his attention, after that i got shot/killed. After getting shot/killed I was walking down to the mine so i can continue my mining before i could, I got banned for ARDM, General Rule 17, Failrp/minge. Even If i did those things, he should have told me to not do it again and I would have apologized.

Hi im the staff member that banned, Regarding ARDM it was the part where you said "shooting towards the mining walls so I can get his attention" from what I could recall you where trying to shoot him through those little gaps in the center pillars which resulted in you dying, and before that for General Rule 17 I saw you tie up 2 guys mining in the mines I even saw you strip a guy of all his items and drop it to the floor and then shoot them after you had mugged them.

And as far as an apology, you should have done it in here, you're lucky I gave you a 3-day ban instead of more I was generous and gave you that amount because it was late at night. So instead of trying to manipulate and hide the facts, just own up to it and get it over with.

Yes, my name was Chang Kai-Shek. As i said in my post. You should have told me my mistakes and I would have apologized and never done it again. So I will apologize in here instead. I apologize for breaking the rules and was mean of me, I will provide the 2 guys with a handsome sum of money for any items taken or sold. I also want to apologize for the things that would be meanful/hateful said towards you or any member of staff/players. I pray that you will forgive me for this mistake and we could continue in our lifes including in game ones.

After reviewing everything, your appeal is accepted but not because you "did nothing wrong" but because you've shown some willingness to take responsibility and apologise. That said, your initial attempt to deflect the blame did not help your case.

You were just unbanned days ago and immediately ended up banned again. Consider this your final warning, if you get banned again in the next few weeks, I will personally ensure it's extended to several weeks.

Do not take this acceptance as leniency you can walk all over. Learn from this, follow the rules and treat other players and staff with respect.
