During the incident, an officer issued multiple commands for you to stand up at gunpoint. In response, you remained seated and stated in character that you could not be restrained because you were sitting — which constitutes FailRP given the context. I brought you to a sit to explain why your behavior was considered a violation of server rules and to clarify expectations around roleplay standards.

During our discussion, you expressed that you felt there was rarely any meaningful roleplay on the server and that you saw little reason to take it seriously. You also openly admitted  and appeared to find humor in having run over approximately 50 players for one of your prior bans, and stated that you found many of the players on the server annoying, which contributed to your lack of interest in roleplaying appropriately.

Given your attitude during the conversation and your prior history - which includes seven previous bans for offenses such as RDM, VDM, and No Intention to Roleplay (NITRP), with the longest lasting 21 days; I consulted with another administrator (Gary). While I initially considered a shorter duration, we ultimately agreed that a four-week ban was warranted under the circumstances.

What I dont understand is how I get a 7 day ban for rdm and then a 4 week ban for refusing to get up it just doesnt make sense

I just need an explanation of how I get a 4 week ban for refusing to getting up but I can get a 7 day ban for mass rdm I dont understand how I can commit a major rule violation and get a 7 day ban but then refuse to get up so im not cuffed and it results in a 4 week long ban I just need to understand that, I feel the ban time should have resulted in the severity of the offense not just based off of my priors

The four-week ban was not issued solely because you refused to stand up - it was the result of several compounding factors that go beyond that one action. The duration of your ban was based on the overall context, including:

•         Your behavior during the admin sit, where you expressed that you don't take roleplay seriously and stated there’s no point in roleplaying because you find many players annoying.
•         You openly admitted to running over 50 players in the past and seemed to find it humorous, further showing a lack of seriousness or remorse.
•         Repeated rule violations, with this being your eighth ban — a clear pattern of behavior that shows no improvement. Your prior bans include RDM, VDM, NITRP etc, with the longest being 21 days.

While mass RDM is a serious offense, punishments on this server are not determined solely by the severity of a single incident. They also take into account player history, overall behavior, and attitude during staff interactions. 

After consulting with another administrator, we determined that a four-week ban was appropriate based on all of these factors. This decision wasn’t made lightly, but rather as a necessary step given the ongoing pattern and your own statements during the sit.
