Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: 
During a large situation that involved most of the factions on the server, I shot and killed a member of the SKK for attempting to tie me up. While I believe that this doesn't constitute RDM, I recognize that as a player who holds the position of Minister, I am held to a higher standard than most others. I also understand that I should prioritize nurturing my faction rather than messing around on a secondary character.  I apologize for not behaving in a manner befitting someone appointed to a high-ranking position, and for any disrespect that my actions may have conveyed.

This situation would constitute as rdm as there is a large gathering of multiple high ranking individuals and to just immediately start shooting because someone tied and looked away from you is ridiculous. I do appreciate your apology and will lower the ban to 1d.
