How would I format this appeal and provide more context? In my opinion this is literally all that happened. My friend told me that was the right format but I will ask him again tomorrow.

Hello, I am the staff member who banned you, you were banned because you stormed into the MOI and started shooting multiple people without warning them or having a reason, you also had no chance to know or be informed by him because he was held more than 15 minutes before the clip, you also left your character after killing everyone, I indeed did not know you metagamed this information and also left your character to avoid roleplaying.
