Additional Information: I was randomly killed with a shotgun twice in a matter of seconds and then brought to a sit, I was then told my name (John Jacwavious Hickle Bottom the 13th) had to be changed, I then changed it (Ben Bobbingtonon) and then it was changed to Ben Kruger, I then asked what was wrong with my first name and then was threatened with a ban for asking what was wrong with my name, he then sent me back after saying "So your just trolling" which I wasn't, I was seriously confused so I said in OOC chat "I ain't trolling cuh" and then I was brought to the sit again, then I asked, once again, what was wrong with my name, then he said "So you need a break from trolling" and I was then banned. There was 0 reason for this ban as the staff who banned me literally just ignored my questions and banned me.

If you think that this name is OK then you need help.

1. You know that is not a real name

2. You were asked multiple times to change your name and refused to even though staff explained it multiple times why to change it

3.  The time period takes place in the 1940s, there is not people running around named "John Pork", etc.

You were banned for NITRP, and the decision was made after a clear pattern of behavior, not a single isolated incident. You claim there was "no actual reason for the ban" but let's take a closer look at what happened.

First, you had chosen the RP name (John Jacwavious Hickle Bottom the 13th) this was clearly not appropriate for a serious RP setting. Then you were given a name change prompt during our sit and you changed it to Ben Bobbington, which again didn't reflect serious intent to roleplay. Eventually, I had to change it to Ben Kruger, a more acceptable name. But even then. you persisted in asking, multiple times, what was wrong with your orginal name, not out of genuine confusion, but with obvious intent to provoke a reaction.

As I told you directly at the start of our conversation "If you don't see the issue with the name John Jacwavious Hickle Bottom the 13th and if you're going to sit there and blatantly troll by pretending like you don't know what is wrong with that name, I think you deserve a break so you can think about what is wrong with that name" Your response was to continue arguing the point, acting like you had no idea what the issue was, and escalating the situation by using phrases like "I ain't trolling cuh" in OOC chat, which clearly isn't the behavior of someone attempting to seriously roleplay or resolve a genuine concern.

This isn't just about a name, it's about a pattern of behavior. Your past record also shows similar trolling behavior that disrupts the RP experience for other players. You were given multiple chances to engage maturely and move on, but instead you doubled down and kept pretending to be confused, clearly not taking the situation seriously.

This ban wasn't issued hasitly. It was a direct response to continued trolling, refusal to ackknowledge that you were in the wrong and an ongoing lack of effort to take part in roleplay that respects the server and it's rules.

And finally let me be clear, if this appeal had been an apology where you took accountability for your blatant trolling, I would have accepted this appeal straight away. But instead you've attempted to rewrite the situation as though you were unfairly targeted, which only reinforces the concern that you're not here to engage seriously within the community.

This appeal is denied, the decision stands.
