Explain why you were PK'd: As far as I know why I was PK'd was due to refusing to sign a dossier on myself inside the NSB cells. The NSB did however have two PCO's on me but both were deemed invalid due to wrong formatting. 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I feel like I deserve to be un-pk'd is due to refusing to sign a dossier on myself isn't a very fair reason for a PK. Especially since I did sign an NDA for them as a sort of compromise for my failure to cooperate fully.

Hello, 

You were not PK'd for just refusing to sign a dossier but you also denied two valid PCO's from the NSB and then claimed someone ordered you to deny them but refused to tell us who it was.

Hi. So he was pkd on the basis of denying two PCOs that you deemed valid? I may say on the IC situation and document basis neither of these PCOs were valid to begin with as they were missing information. Yet ICCly there wasnt even a Policy defining a "valid" PCO as with the recent amendmend of the Imperial directives? That may seem strange… 

 This PK was not done as last option you could have done far more with it, yet handle it via a court.
