Explain why you were PK'd: i am being accused of disrespect and incompetence but there is no proof of it. i was then lined up and shot and i do not believe this is a valid PK.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: i feel like i should have been removed from my unit if i was being incompetent instead of being permanently killed.

Hi, as I had explained to you in the Armed Forces discord I had PK'ed you based on the merit that you had talked behind my back. You are someone that I personally hired into an Intelligence faction and your actions directly reflect back on me. I hold anyone I personally hire into a faction to a higher metric due to what I am in my IC role. 

Additionally, it's been made clear to me by my superiors that the attitude of the Armed Forces needs to change. I thought you would make a good example and that is why I had requested a PK on you. I understand that you feel as though that there is "no proof" but you are an Enlisted and I am the Deputy-Chief of the Armed Forces and I had, LITERALLY, as soon as I walked away you two laughing between eachother and talking behind my back. 

So my argument is based off this: 1. I ensure the discipline of the Armed Forces, 2. I've been directly told to start fixing the Armed Forces acting like morons, 3. I hired you directly into an intelligence faction. 

My reply will be the same for you friend, I wish you the best of luck on a new character.

to be honest i think that it is not fair that you are the one replying and denying my appeal just based off the fact that you are a higher rank than me i feel that is extremely unfair and id like to have a different admin see to my appeal thank you.

I am replying to your appeal because I killed you, not because I am denying the appeal.

Your PK has been reviewed and is going to be upheld based on the clear justification for the PK.

As an enlisted soldier brought into the intelligence department within the armed forces directly by the Deputy Chief of the Armed Forces (Kuno Darres), you were expected to uphold a high standard.

However you did the complete opposite, and you started speaking dismissively and disrespectfully about the very person who gave you the privilege to be put into the intelligence department.

Given his role and the trust he placed in you, this was seen as a serious breach of military decorum, something that the High command of the Armed Forces are working to reform, you being shot served as a necessary example to reinforce the orders and standards from Military high command.

Also since you made the point of " I feel like i should have been removed from my unit if i was being incompetent instead of being permanently killed." It states in the PK guidelines that last resort only applies when PKing players of importance (i.e. Last resort is not required for PKing a Grenadier). This means that this PK did not require for all other options to be looked at beforehand. As such, all procedures were followed appropriately in this case.
