Banned for 2 weeks

I got banned for 2 weeks which is just an unreasonable amount of time for Ltarp, even tho I was afk and tied up? I got told that was against the rules itself by an admin because my friend done the same thing before. Fair enough Ieft I'll be banned for 3 days or whatever but 2 weeks, while theres only 8 people in the server is unfair and unjust.

I got detained while I was afk left, then get a message for 2 week ban? First of all the person I was detained by, was some random guy, no uniform no nothing. Secondly, theres only 8-10 people in the server all afk or minding their own busniess. The 2 week ban for Ltarp while being in a server with 10 people and leaving because I was falsely detained is illogical and groundless. I ask you guys, as a very good staff team to look this over and see if it is just, seeing as this is my first offence at breaking a rule.

Additional Information: I'm willing to accept a shorter ban of 3 days as show of warning as it was my offence of any rule breaking.

I was the staff member that ended up banning you and your friend.

First off - You knew exactly what you were doing and you were not afk, In the clip you can clearly see you coming back life and see on your screen that you were tied, Seeing the player tie up your friend. You start to back away and make a break for it. Once the player starts to catch up to you in-order to grab you. That's when you decided to leave the game. Then your friend promptly did the same, Rejoining the game all within a few minutes.

To answer your second point, If there is only 8 - 10 people on the server there is no "down time" / "no point to roleplay because no ones on". Actually id argue that its even worse to ruin someone's roleplay during these lower pop times, because it is challenging already to initiate decent roleplay or find players to interact with.

So its roleplay for some random guy to be tying up people. Also I was afk for like 10 mins, to which I hear someone speaking from the other room, assuming its my friend I check and see I'm being tied up. Fair enough about the roleplay part but still as a first offence a 2 week ban is overextreme in terms of bans. I see your point in the argument but I'm asking that you see mine in terms of how extreme the ban time is.

You have to keep in mind that when you character is physically still in the server and you are mining(not afk), someone can try to interact with you and end up tying you up. Especially if you aren't defending your self. This is your responsibility, I will accept you appeal since you didn't understand this.
