How long have you been roleplaying?: Since 2020.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: 2 bans that were 8 months ago or so. For the most recent ban, which was NITRP, I read the situation wrong and did not use my best judgement during it. For 2nd ban, Global Rule 5, I did not realize that I was metagaming, which I realize in retrospect, was not a good idea in general. 

Staff Knowledge Section
What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I have been staff a couple times on smaller servers, like Blackhawk, if anybody could remember that server. I've dealing with the nutscript gamemode ever since I started RPing. 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I find myself to have an intricate knowledge of the 1942rp subgenre of Garry’s Mod, due to my past 5 years of experience on the game mode. I believe within that time frame that I have gotten a deeper understanding of not just the game mode, but the player base as well. I know what the people want and are looking for in a staff member, and I believe I can provide that staff member to them. I have always been seen as a level-headed, easy to work with person, who is willing to hear all sides of the story no-matter the situation. I can always keep a level-headedness to stressful and challenging situations, as well as asking the hard-hitting difficult questions. I would be active most days out of every week, taking tickets as quickly as I could while also balancing my RP character and his duties. Even though I have butted heads with other players and staff members before, I have always found myself quick to move on and put our differences aside and try to clear the air with them when I get the opportunity to. I have always wanted to improve this server and give back to the community, and I think this would be the correct way of going about it. I want to see the community and server thrive, and I would like to contribute to it as much as I can. If I am accepted as staff of the server, I think I can be quite beneficial to Prometheus and a useful asset as well, who is driven to see the community grow and become an all inclusive environment. I also believe I can give proper guidance to those who are new to the subgenre and give out tips and helpful advice when new players, or in the future, staff  ask questions. 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: What a staff member of Prometheus networks should do is make sure to reinforce server rules, helping new players by giving out advice when needed, and helping faction recruits get set up. Prometheus staff are here to make sure that the server is a safe and friendly environment to roleplay in. Also in assisting those who might be bugged, whether that be their uniform or player model being messed up, or frozen and trapped inside a prop. A staff member is to serve fair and just punishments without any bias, and proof of the wrong doing at hand. My duties as a moderator is to follow UA's example and prove myself as a competent and worthwhile staff member. I understand how staff sits are supposed to go, they should be seen as a civilized argument, not a shouting match, in which both sides state their cases to the server staff. Staff are not to abuse their position in any ways, as they are here to serve the community and not themselves.
