Explain why you were PK'd: i was arrested for trying to do a witness statement I was in the cell for approximately 5 mins I explained the NSB Member Why I was here and he let me do my witness statement and then freed me I walked to the KG base explaining why I was wrongfully detained but then again they arrested me then they put me in the cell for 15 mins  accusing me on quote on quote threatening The KG Then for some reason He put me a execution room Then explained This is what happens when you threaten the KG Then i was pked I was wrongfully Pked there wasn't a trial or anything he accused me of threatening the KG and just killed me for no obvious reason. 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I would like to be UnPked I had a lot of money on that character and I was looking forward to role playing as a worker in a restaurant And I had big plans in that character.

I was the approving staff member on your PK, requested by @Patrick Ting

Your PK was approved on the basis of the Dirt PK guideline as you were threatening to rat on the KG, making statements such as "Get ready for that witness statement on the kg" and "Arresting me for no reason", "i have proof". 

As stated in our PK guidelines, "Dirt is any information that can lead to arrest/execution" -- it is generally not a smart idea to threaten the people holding you in an execution room that you are going to turn them in...
Further information, screenshots, etc. can be provided if necessary by  @Patrick Tingas this was the information I had to go off of for the initial approval.

The verdict of this appeal will be decided upon by another member of Upper Administration.

Hello I was the person who PKd you.

As stated before you were PKd on the basis of a Dirt PK. You were detained by the KG after you came to the LF flaunting that the NSB did nothing with you despite you having a gun illegally earlier. Believing you may have escaped/the NSB was incompetent in handling you, you were swiftly placed back in cuffs and brought back to the NSB cells.

From there you threatened to report us to an unknown organization and made several threats such as making witness statements about the Kaisergarde.

You were threatening us, the people who had you detained in the cells, with witness statements about our actions which is not a smart thing to say straight to our face especially when you are cuffed.
