I am apologizing for my actions on 8/7/2025 that led me to Ltap. I have fully realized my mistakes and I plan on moving forward. In this post I shall describe to you, what happened that led to the situation, why I did such actions, and how I plan to move forward to improve my roleplay ability on the server.

 

On 8/7/2025 prior to the incident that led to me ltapping, I was making a dinner table with food in the Lapo prison cells for my friends in the lapo. All of the sudden the kaiserguard showed up and kicked down the door into those cells. They said they were looking for me(Mitch Thomas) for an unknown reason unbeknownst to me. I responded, “what the hell was happening,” to paraphrase what I said then they surrounded me. Thereafter shots were fired which I think the kaiserguard shot at me, I then respawned in the garage of the lapo station. When I respawned at the garage, I suddenly saw a whole army of kaiserguard in the garage then shortly thereafter I left. While I have explained the situation from my perspective, I shall now explain why I took these actions.

 

When the kaiserguard killed me, it was very sudden and when I respawned it overwhelmed me even more. Due to these very sudden and overwhelming events that compounded together, I felt I had no choice but to leave to calm myself down from the extremity of the situation. Normally, this kind of situation would not overwhelm your normal roleplayer; however, I have some medical problems that made these already stressful situations into something I could not handle at the time. This was the reason why I left while they were still interacting with me. I have looked back at what I did, and I am deeply sorry and apologetic for ruining the other roleplayers' experience even though I was unclear what their goals were in roleplay. I now have looked at what I did and these are my steps moving forward.

 

I have read the community rules after this ban, and I shall explain what ltap is in paraphrase to prove that I have read especially what I violated to receive this punishment, “ltap is when a person leaves a situation via quitting the game of garry’s mod to avoid punishment/roleplay. If you get disconnected then message the handling admin or put a message in the discord.” My plan moving forward is to accept being detained or roleplayed even though I may be very stressed; however, I will make a ticket for staff to come help alleviate the stressfulness of the situation via allowing me to continue the roleplay at a later date if I am unable to continue it. Other times I just have to accept what has happened and not message staff every time things do not go my way or are somewhat stressful. I also plan to become even more adept at understanding server rules to avoid punishments like these that I was not very well aware of before this ban.

 

I am deeply sorry to affect the quality of the roleplay of the server via me ltapping. I deserve this ban; however, I hope the length of this ban can be shortened due to the fact I have explained the reasons why I ltaped and the steps I have taken to be a better roleplayer. Also I did not want this ban to affect my roleplay record on this server because I deeply desire to continually roleplay on this server not only proven with this appeal, but with my financial commitment to donating to the server. I hope you the reader now understand my actions, and I appreciate you taking the time to read this appeal.
