Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was inside the lapo station with an enlisted man and a heated situation occurred between my enlisted man and the lapo i hadn't said a word to the lapo up until they attempted to arrest my enlisted man which i said "you are not detaining him" and at that point all i could do was watch him be detained so i started to backed up from my enlisted man to let the lapo detain him all whilst this was happening i was in first person and from my perspective it looked like the lapo were only attempting to detain my enlisted man as all of the people in front of me were pointing their guns at my enlisted man so I could not see or hear the 2 individuals behind me (because everyone was shouting) that were pointing guns at me and ordering me to stop moving, the reason i did not expect the lapo to attempt to arrest me in this situation is because my enlisted man was the one mostly winding up the lapo if i was aware of the 2 lapo behind me i would of stopped moving.

It looks like the enlisted started the gunfight not him, so he was unfortunately caught in the crossfire, also, it looks like he didn't shoot.
