Why were you banned?: MRDM

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I deserve to be unbanned because the situation occurred while I was being detained for an in character reason that being me shouting "I'm a communist." And as I attempted to leave I was told that I was under arrest and had multiple weapons pointed at me. At that point I decided to break FearRP and risked my characters life by reacting in self defense and initiating a shootout in order to escape arrest. Due to the issue being In character I should have instead been PK'd but before any sit or interaction with staff I was banned.

+1 I was also there, I do not think it was MRDM because he was getting placed under fear rp from multiple people and he risked his character's life by intiating a gunfight to avoid arrest. It was certainly PK worthy but I do not believe that there was a reason for a ban to be issued in this situation because it was an IC issue that could've been solved if anybody made a PK ticket on Rick Pickle. I also saw him back in Fort Baumer after being killed, he was tied up and when I went to go ask him what is happening he didn't say anything and suddenly he was banned.

i Was there as well i Dont think its MRDM After Seeing the Clip he had a gun to his face and he was threatening his life After multiple people pointing guns at him I wouldn't count this as a ban.... +1

After further discussion of the ban with @CJ_, and reviewing the clips & arguments presented in this appeal it has been decided that the ban was applied improperly and that no rules were broken during the interaction.
