Explain why you were PK'd: Landespolizei tried detaining me over jaywalking when it should've been a fine in the first place and then shot me.
Why should you be un-PK'd?: I'm just going to start it off with the fact that KG is allowed to jaywalk and I had a party tier at the time which allows me to jaywalk legally too. I honestly thought they were just trolling since they actually never stated that I was being fined and just told me to stop running (Not at gunpoint) and tried instantly tying me when I wasn't told a reason before, So I just walked away as I wasn't told to not walk away so I just moved down the RS stairs and they just shot me without ever telling me to come back.
Additional Information: The PK was issued one hour after I was killed, I was also made fun of during the sit by both the person who killed me and the staff member as I was crying since I have anxiety.

I do not recall making fun of you at any point during the sit. The individual who requested it had made some rude comments, which I motivated him to refrain from repeating. If you would like to remind me of what I said that "made fun of you," be my guest. As for the delay, it was caused due to awaiting responses from other staff members. 

As for the detainment, the person who requested only attempted to detain you after you tried to pistol-whip an officer of the LaPo (Me.). (I handled the PK because no other staff members were able to at that moment; the PK itself was approved by R4ged.

We shot you because you began running from us after having firearms drawn. While it may have been a little short of a reactionary period, you still tried to run away. We told you several times to stop moving previous to you being shot, so claiming anything other than that is simply not true. 

When we had you at gunpoint, you continued to run regardless of the firearms pointed at you. While I do agree we didn't have you at gunpoint for some of the time you were running, it was in fear of the fact you had your MP40 drawn and feared being shot.

 

That being said, good luck on your appeal.

you said i pistol whipped you i did nothing of that sort and you did not tell me you where going to shoot me you only pointed guns when i was at the bottom of the rs steps

I said tried, and you didn't even think to try to abide by the orders given to you. If you're calling me a liar, I can show you my clip where you clearly tried to hit me with your MP40.

Also, please answer my question from my previous post, how did I insult you during my sit?

Sure! (Clip) You took a swing, which is an intended violent action. If you had done this in real life towards a law enforcement officer, you would likely be immediately tased, if not shot. I waited in hopes of detaining you, but you decided to run off, leading to my fellow officer gunning you down.

Hmm. Not to be mean or anything, but you should attempt to fix your current mouse or purchase a new one. 
 

Also, not to call you a liar or anything, but I haven't witnessed the mouse input flaring up in any other encounter I have had with you.

 

Perhaps this shouldn't have resulted the way it did, however I find it odd you did not mention anything in the ensuing sit, especially because I am certain it would have played the animation that occurs when a pistol whip is utilized, and am fairly certain you need to stop sprinting in order to use a pistol whip. I could be incorrect (If so, please let me know) but I find it slightly difficult to believe that it was an accident, even with the points you had presented.

 

It is entirely possible you are being truthful, but I find it difficult to blame your potential malfunction for making the decision to not abide by fearRP. 
 

My clip doesn't highlight your malfunction very well though, so if you have a clip I am sure that would help to clear the situation up a bit, to assist in determining an actual issue. If you don't thats fine, but as it now stands I respectfully doubt it was an input malfunction.

Sorry, was sandwiched between 2 walls of text and I didn't see it/misunderstood it. As for the PK itself, I think you had ample time to react to the gun but you still chose to continue running. We weren't originally going to tie you until your mouse mishap (to my knowledge). Do you have any comments about that which you think are important to add? 
 

Some further comments and questions of mine:

I do not recall attempting to tie you;

Why would we ask you to come back with your MP40 drawn, posing a risk to us, instead of just ordering you to freeze;

Why did you assume we were automatically trolling;

 You wouldn't have been chased at all if you hadn't been mocking our speech and faction;

My fellow LaPo officer had his gun drawn before you ran (or finished, my memory fails me) down the RS stairs, where you tried to either take cover or run further;

 

And finally; How did you expect this to go? Mocking law enforcement officers, taking your MP-40 out, attempting to assault an officer, and fleeing afterwords?

For clarification, when I say draw I mean on safety. 

Here are my responses:

1. Didn't see that but that brings the point you were evading arrest, giving us more reason to shoot and kill you;

3. He likely tried to tie you for being disrespectful, not because you missed a crosswalk;

4. Regardless of how completely or non completely you mocked my speech, you still very much did. Such activities are by nature intended to aggravate and anger your 'target';

5. In the clip he snaps his weapon up right before you leave the stairs, which you decided to strafe to our left, which would have obscured my sightline. The other officer swings out and shoots you because from there  he believed you would use the cover as a shooting position, or try to flee further

6. Regardless of if you meant to or not, you did not 'disprove' anything! You failed to notice in the moment and apologize, and also failed to comply with orders, and eventually fearRP.

I struggle to understand what you are appealing here, the legitimacy of the fearRP or your setup's malfunction!

Seriously, you don't even mention if the fearRP was relevant, instead picking out small things in the situation that attribute very little to you dying. It seems like your going after the situation itself, not what lead up to you being shot, which is non situational.

in the clip it does not show him saying stop moving or we will shoot at all so why did he shoot me? and it wasent fear rp until i was almost down the steps i tried to appologize in the sit but i couldnt because my anxiety was going crazy and how did i fail fear rp if i couldnt hear you guys when i was down the steps on for my pov the gun raised once i was fully down

also he told me to stop moving after i jaywalked and he said did you just jaywalk and tried arresting me like next time say the fine first because people dont like being tied up and why perm pk my char for this i get a temp for like a month but a perm is unreasonable as i have only been pkd for that that time i think a temp shouldve been in issue not an entire perm as i see it as you taking bias becasue you where one of the lapo officers

Hello, I was the staff member who approved your PK. One thing I will like to menstion is that I do not know the context of the Sit room situation, as I am unsure why people are yammering about it since this is a PK appeal and not a Staff report.

3 things I will be menstioning to explain why I decided on this character getting PKed.

First things first, at any point within this message is not towards the person or staff to revolve around any discrimination. Starting off with the beganing, You were talked too by the Landespolizei and were questioned or you were questioning the LaPo NCO, which then after the Enlisted was talking to you, you got angry that he was talking to you while you were talking to the NCO once you were fed up with it so you started running/walking away from the converstation, but while you were running the LaPo then started saying "Do not move" which then points to you are now under detainment and then the LaPo NCO pulled their weapon which then you pulled your weapon after which you ran behind a wall with the possiblity of starting a shootout with the LaPo. But while you were under detainment you were also under FearRP as they were activity trying to talk/arrest you when it happened.

2nd thing,

At anypoint during an interaction can lead to anything, could have been yesterday and the PK would still be ineffect.

If the staff member was activity mocking you about it, you should be a clip or at least something to back it and make a staff report, here at the staff team we are here to do, not to fuck you and make jokes about you.

Whenever you are in a situation and it involves something your life you are to always insure your following Life Rule #1: "You must value your character’s life. This means that you naturally do not want your character to die (FearRP). Breaking this rule can result in a permanent kill, but will not result in warnings/bans."

The LaPo members were following FearRP #4 which was activity trying to detain you, which then falls under FearRP #1 which you did not abide by

Fear RP Rule #1: "While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK."

Fear RP Rule #4: "You must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (I.E. Reason to forcibly detain, question, kidnap, or mug). Placing someone under FearRP without reason or just to bait a PK is not permitted and may result in a ban or character removal."

 

Insummery, I pked you because you did not abide by FearRP #1 and #4. Also, just because the Weapons were unholstered but not pointing doesn't mean your are not under FearRP, with the click of 1 button you now are. Which in hindsight they could have been as you were running the whole time towards the RS.

If none else, your appeal will be checked tomorrow at 6pm EST. This is now up to UA's discretion, the back and forth yapping will end now.

While you were behaving like a moron in this clip and evidently trying to get a reaction out of these two, no guns were aimed at you and you were simply just being chased by the RS. Fear RP wasn't clearly in effect here, and whatever happened at the steps looks to be unclear from an outside POV.
