Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I only have one Note for RDM on the 24th of August. Shot a civillian while he was trespassing in the LaPo station but didn't give him enough time to leave it. I could've given him more time to leave the station when he entered and resolved this peacefully.

Staff Knowledge Section
What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I have been an UA member on multiple servers the primary ones that I talk about start up from Neutron Networks where I was on the Gamemaster team and UA. After that I became a Staff member of Spear Networks and later of Historia Networks once it rebranded. I used to be an UA member and Staff Manager of Athena Networks on almost every single one of their versions. I have also co-created Zephyr Networks and Agartha Networks (Yes Agartha Networks). I have also been the Staff Manager of Iconic Networks (Rebranded Historia Networks). Community Manager of Global Networks and later a Genesis MITHC Server Administrator. After that I became an Administrator of Falkrum Networks. Those are the primary German-Larp servers that I have used to be staff on in the past 5 years, that's the time around when I started joining staff teams.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I would firstly like to say Hello and Greetings to all reviewing this application, I would like to start off by saying that I am an experienced person in the overall nutscript gamemode and larp. For over a decade I have been a larper and I always will be a larper.

My experience could bring many skills to the Staff team and I feel confident about joining it, especially now with my experience I feel that I can help the players on an everyday basis. I have had my ups and downs, yet I have never given up on a staff team. My time on Garry's Mod shows my dedication to servers and to helping people with what they need staff assistance in, many people across the server recognize me from other servers where I used to be staff and they know they can trust me. I can bring into the staff team my experience, teamwork and helpfulness.

Overall I feel like I could bring a lot into this Staff team such as knowledge, relations and being a helpful hand to the players of this server. I feel like being staff on this server will be a great achievement for myself and now I feel confident about it, helping people has always been my goal when joining the staff team across the gamemode because sometimes staff just can't be at their pc on every timezone that's why I think that having more staff members such as me on such a big server could help out with other timezones even such as the European timezone where people rarely get staff help on and I have noticed it myself, my timezone also wouldn't be a problem for me to be on peak time because I have been on during peak time with my previous RP positions and I have shown it to the server that even though I am in the Centre of Europe where the EST timezone is completly diffrent than ours, I have committed my time and work to being on the EST timezone so I wouldn't just be an European staff member, I could be an universal staff member being on everyday with my activity and helping the people.

That is why I submitt today this staff application to review and I hope to soon be apart the Staff team of this server.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

I think that the position of a Moderator requires everyday activity and help that we can provide to the players of the server. Lots of new players everyday join wanting to be recruited into a faction and people call staff to have these people set up, that is apart of the everyday task that we do. But there are also many minges that come around wanting to defame and destroy the overall larp experience of the server that is why there is staff, we are here to make sure that those people don't get a chance to defame this server and make it seem like a minge fest. We have to keep this server clean of minges and make sure people have a nice rp environment where they can sit down and play. Everyday people come from work, school or something else wanting to relax and play on this server and they don't want to be rdmed or trolled so they call staff to deal with it and we help those people with what they need assistance in. We have to protect the overall rp environment. Our job is to treat everybody equally when performing our duties no matter the ic rank or status, all players are to be treated equally so when they report something, they will be treated as a normal user on the server. We take care of what people ask of us and we make sure it is done according to the standards. That is why we have staff, to help the players and give them a nice rp experience. Staff also has to attend their staff meetings and be active on an everyday basis, with an inactive staff team how will the peoples requests be fulfilled, that is why staff has to remain active, competent and always serious, they cannot abuse the powers vested into them by the server management because if they abuse those powers people will just start to distrust the staff team. The team has to show competency, activity and an overall common sense rp behaviour. That is what I personally think on the overall duties and responsibilities of the Staff team.
