Hans Gruber: Currently in the Ouroboros in the Occult office at the rank of  Oberregierungsrat. He is responsible for researching spectral entities as well as containment procedures for entities discovered. 

Luther Schmitz: Currently in the White Rose as the Magistrate for War Aid. His responsibilities are to raise funding for the military through charities, programs, and creating supporting offices that help veterans.

Julius Schmitz: Currently works in the Ministry of Finance as a tax collector. His responsibilities include going to property owners and collecting taxes as well as other tasks for the minister of finance.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe you should pick me for the staff team, as I am very active on the forums, the Discords, and in roleplay. I believe I can contribute to the staff team by logging on daily and sorting out tickets whenever few staff are available or if a major event is going on and no one can be spared to deal with them. Being on the staff team for me means I can ensure proper roleplay is occurring, I can support players by explaining rules to them, and I can make sure a fair roleplay environment is occurring on all levels from NHC to low enlisted. I am also very trustworthy. I am prepared to assume responsibility since I know that a good staff team needs to be dependable. However, I am aware that working together is crucial, as no person can achieve success on their own. I am excited to work with the other members of the team, assist the leadership, and exchange ideas that might be beneficial to roleplay. I am also highly motivated to improve the player experience and to create an environment where everyone feels included, respected, and supported by staff. Maintaining the community's standards is important, but so is encouraging its growth with interactions with the player base. I am prepared to participate in ways that go beyond the normal staff duties, whether that means coming up with creative event ideas, welcoming new players, or offering suggestions for ways to increase community engagement. I think my work ethic, dependability, and communication skills make me a great addition to the staff team. My goal is to assist the network in thriving while also supporting my fellow staff members and the community in every possible way. I look forward to reading all feedback regarding this section from current and former staff members.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

The duties and responsibilities of a staff member are focused on keeping the community fair, organized, and enjoyable for everyone. One of the main responsibilities is to assist players by handling tickets in-game and making sure concerns are resolved quickly and with professionalism. Staff also need to monitor roleplay situations as they occur, ensuring that the rules are followed and that everyone is given the opportunity to enjoy a fair roleplay experience without metagame or rule breaking being involved. Staying involved outside of the server, mainly on the forums and Discord, is another important responsibility. This makes it possible for staff to respond to questions, assist new players, and overall be a reliable individual that players can depend on. Overall, staff are the backbone that keeps the server rolling by being the mediators, educators, and rule enforcers for the server. I look forward to more insight in the comments regarding staff duties and additional responsibilities I may not be aware of.
