Explain why you were PK'd: i got PK:ed after getting lured into lapo station

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Nobody told me about the pk in the first place when I started and I was tricked in the lapo station under the impression I was invited and i also got scared to the core and well it was wrong for my end but surely to get me taken for nothing and pk. I looked into your wiki of PK guidelines and i feel like i was put into a position of getting PK also could say tricked

Additional Information: i hope i really hope i can get back johan because all the friends i made with him and the position i finally got and its not all its one of the thing i lovee to get into after work is get into this RP and do all the things that this server brings and i also understand if this is not a approved appeal i surly to understand but a second chane for me and johan to understand this rule that i will learn of into more detail. Thanks for making this appeal, I was the staff member that conducted your PK. The reason you were PKed was because of the very blatant break of FearRP. While I understand that you were not aware of the rules, that is an unfortunate mistake on your end. I would suggest that you read the rules on any server you join in the future, ours included.

Good Afternoon,

I am the staff member who approved the PK for Parzivial. You were PK'd under the Guideline "Government PK- Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK]",  I understand being PK'd is a frustrating experience and it is never nice when it happens to a character you've spent time on, It is an integral part of the roleplay that allows characters to suffer consequences for their own actions.

You failed to consider the implications, and you failed to act with fear for your character's life; as such, when you were shot, you were PK'd. You were given clear instructions from a member of the landespolizei to stop moving as they attempted to detain you; however, you decided to run. The officer was incredibly patient, including utilising a 10-second warning before he would open fire. Still, you decided to ignore the order and even tried to call for backup over the radio; this showed a complete FearRP break, which was the reason for the PK. You might have been let into the station; however, there was no attempt to PK you because of it. You were PK'd for moving and radioing whilst under gunpoint whilst they attempt to detain you, as such, it is not PK baiting.

As stated, I understand PKs are never nice, but use it as an opportunity to learn how to play differently to avoid similar situations in the future, and I'd highly recommend reading the PK guidelines over on our Wiki for further information.
