Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:  From my perspective I was never breaking NLR I understand that I was killed  I came back with another gentleman And we were going to inspect The Theres no Paranormal behavior We searched the base suspected that's one of the gentlemen Was suspected of killing A NSB member we detained him and brought him back to The moi then I was brought to a sit It explained that I broke an alarm when I never even acknowledged the guy who ever killed me It was also more than 15 minutes. | I can understand that I put some rules but it wasn't my intention if I did or not I really do enjoy putting on the server But I just don't feel that this was fair The other guy never explained his story in his side he just banned me immediately. I sincerely apologize on what i did and if I broke Any Rules | Thanks

From the videos I have and what I was told by the 2 KG guys, what I could see was that you broke into the KG base, so one of them stopped you and was trying to figure out what was going on, he was talking to you in a doorway asking you to stay there while he called one of his guys over and you hit him with your gun so he shot and killed you. You then came back with one of your guys forced your way into the KG base again under the made-up story of a dead NSB agent, and arrested a member of the KG. The timeline between you getting killed and you coming back to the KG base to make the arrest was around 5 minutes.

This would mean breaking NLR and power game, due to you coming back within the NLR timer and creating a fake situation in order to force an RP scenario against their will in order to gain an advantage over them through the means of a rule break (the NLR)

I Appreciate Your Response- When you took me in to a sit you never showed me the clip or anything you just Told me the reason I was being banned With no evidence attached Also I see No power Triping or Anything I also don't Agree About the Ban This should have been a different approach Instead of being a ban I understand that I was killed during the situation but I  believe it should have been a permanent kill instead of a two day ban I Appreciate Your Response... | And I Sincerely Apologize of i did Break Rules....

A violation of our rules results in bans/notes, not IC punishments (though if a rule infraction is severe enough, it can result in both). Coming up with a fake situation in order to avoid NLR can be seen as an attempt to loophole/power game the situation.
