Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: So ill be honest, this was completely my fault but I will say, I did not mean to lie to staff and my intention of making the character with the same name was not to FRP but to just play the game, I have became a richter and an NSB agent and I know due to my past people shouldnt believe me but I promise you guys, I am here to roleplay. The RP I have experienced so far is so amazing and I am thankful to everyone who has dealt with me. I didn't mean to break the rules nor did I make the character to continue the other characters "Legacy". I just typically use the same two names on characters rarely using others, the two names are August and Friedrich von Kleist. These are the names I have used for months and really did not know about that rule of not having a characters name be the same. 

I really do want to apologize to you all if I have ever annoyed you or pestered you in the past. I know my previous actions are bad but I do promise you all I want to actually rp on this server

Hey, thanks for the apology.

 

You were banned for FailRP, along with an extensive amount of POs, Including multiple permanent bans and for lying to staff. Originally, a member of the feld made a ticket on you saying that you admitted to deleting a character and then making another one with the same exact name. This was important, due to there being a warrant on your other character (the one that was deleted) for desertion. 

When I pulled you to the sit, you said that it was months ago, and you simply forgot that you had a character that had the same name as this one. When I decided to look at the logs, it was not a month ago. You deleted your first Friedrich von Kleist on September 22nd, and then made your second Friedrich von Kleist on the 23rd. I have trouble believing that you didn't know that there was a rule against having characters with the same names, and that you forgot within a day that the character you deleted had the same name as the one you were making.

I think a two week ban was extremely generous considering your previous offenses and the nature of the situation. Therefore, I will leave this up to UA to decide on this matter. Thank you again, and have a good one.

Thank you for the amazing response, as I stated in my appeal. I know it is hard to believe me and if I was in your shoes I wouldn't either. I will say I did for most of the time think I deleted the character months ago due to me not even playing the character once when I got unbanned on the 22nd. And to be honest I did not know there was a rule against the character names being the same and if I did I would have not chose that name, as I said in my appeal even though my past is horrible I am here to roleplay on this amazing server, I have found amazing people here and I love the roleplay that goes on whether im sentencing someone as a judge or doing a dossier, its amazing. I do want to personally apologize to you for accidently lying. I truly did not mean to lie to your face like your some fool because I know your not one. So please believe me when I say im sorry for this, I didn't mean to break the rules like this.

I will also say two things just to clarify

1. when I made the character with the same name I was not doing it on purpose to live on that military character, hence why I never mentioned that character or said anything about him until this said situation

2. It did slip my mind as when I got unbanned from my perma I just deleted the characters I had to wipe the slate so I could start new as I wanted to actually roleplay

Oh and that characters name has been changes for the sake of rp, doesnt change much as I didnt try to continue my military characters life on this one as they are intended to be seperate people as all my characters are
