Explain why you were PK'd: Instigating a gunfight and dying.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe this is unjustified since I had zero time to react, the situation was very odd in my opinion and at the end, it was all witnessed by another LAPO officer who was with me. I do not recall anyone in the car I popped the tires in getting hurt which wouldn't exactly make it a gunfight but just the LAPO trying to perform a stop and an arrest on someone violating traffic violations? I have myself reviewed the clip and upon the time of me being shot: I was not at all shooting myself, I was simply pointing my gun to make the person who I was trying to arrest stop when he pulled out his gun and shot me, leading to me being PKd a few minutes later. Situation was blatantly PK bait, you can hear the passenger of the car originally provoking me and my fellow officer by ramming into us: Afterwards swifting the blame on us by yelling "Woah what the hell are you doing" and proceeding to drive away, they had also earlier bumped into us and overall caused a threatening situation, it would only be a natural response for POLICE OFFICERS, LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS to attempt to stop the car to stop the threat, looking at the clip you can clearly see me have my gun on the Military guy (officer)? Which after he pulls a gun on me and guns me down. 

Additional Information: Also after a quick look at the guidelines, A senior mod (Which nooby is) cannot approve CO pks, unless there was some admin approving the PK which It should have been said admin approving the PK, not nooby. I could be wrong on this and nooby likely forgot to explain it in sit but if it is the case he was the one directly reviewing and approving the PK, it would be invalid since CO+ Pks require an admin+.

Hi I was the fellow police officer in the clip. I would like to argue that the military was pk baiting in this situation. They had previously also bumped into us and were forming a threat to everybody on the streets. Shooting at the tires should be an acceptable response from police officers in the situation. This also would have been the result you expect when you ram your car into police officers multiple times. They were clearly waiting till somebody bit so they could gun us down. I would also like to add that the person shooting back jumped out of a fast driving car from the drivers seat and immediately started shooting, which would be unrealistic in a real situation.

Truth right there, this was a clear case of PK bait, I noticed it quickly upon looking at the clip where the passenger of the car says "Yo ram into LAPO" and giggling afterwards.
