Explain why you were PK'd: I was ordered to escort three enlisted NSB out of the ICC as they were not needed. I continuously asked them to leave yet they refused and asked if I had done a dossier, and I did do one. And they said ''If you keep following us, you'll be detained'' and this was still within the ICC, they had no jurisdiction. I did follow them as per my orders, and then they pulled out guns and tried to detain me. They were quite far away as I stopped following them. So then I started to walk back to the BB, they then tried shouting at myself and when I just ignored them, they shot me in the head. Before this General Officers and NSB Officers asked them to leave, as said they we're Interior-Gendarme, and I was escorting them out, they refused and were acting like retards.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Personally, these Enlisted NSB weren't even acting IC, they were just throwing slurs at myself while I was walking with them to the gate, and the only thing they said was ''You'll see what happens when we detain you and get you PK'ed'' or on the lines of that. I had permission from both superiors and NSB officers to remove them, yet these three enlisted NSB we're just walking around the ICC, and there was a witness of this happening. Yet his fate I don't know. Furthermore, my character has a large importance to me, I've played on that character since the start and made progress on it. And I lost it all because of uneducated idiots.

+ They were technically deserting; they were told to leave not just by me, but also by Heer Officers. I spoke to NSB officers about controlling their men. So when they tried to detain me because I was trying to escort them out, they had no power or right to do so, as NSB we're only permitted to do dossiers at the time. 

+I don't see how its a PK, when they started to come back, there was a large distance between us as they had guns out, yet on safety. So they were nearly at the main gate of the ICC (inside the compound), and I was halfway to the Benderblock, and they only started chasing me then.

+No Provocation, I did not stur anything up, rage bait, I was just following them, in the ICC, as per orders, as per its my JOB.

And just want to say one thing, I didn't have a gun out, I didn't have anyone forcing them or screaming at them. I was just following them around the ICC, as they we're meant to be with NSB OFFICERS yet they were just walking around, and these three enlisted members were escorted out by myself and a team before this, yet they came back in, by garage or sewers to just rage bait which is clearly not attempting to do IC or roleplay.

Hello, I was the staff member who issued your PK, firstly I wanna say why I did PK your character.

 

The reason leading to your Characters PK was because you failed to follow Fear RP rule #1 "While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor."

And since you did not stop moving and failed to follow the issuence of order you were then shot, as per instence you saying they have no jurisdiction literally doesn't matter. They could walk into the pathenon and detain a member of the crown, whats stopping them? A PK, they could do that as a way of being corrupt. Them consistently breaking into the ICC is on you, as you do say it is your JOB to police the Military and ensure the security standards are met.

Also, someone can Insult you within RP they could just outright bewilder you but if they start insulting your heritage or your wellbeing then its against the rules all words can be said in RP. Also by provocation you could have just detained them for trespassing or failure to follow an order but all you did was just follow them and tell them to leave with no real threat placed on them. One lone officer and 3 NCO's with MP40s

With that said to sum this up is because you broke Fear RP rule #1.
