Explain why you were PK'd: We were fighting the military in the streets of Berlin. with  Guard towers, pillboxes, and checkpoints everythng. I was ordered to scout, report back, and take out enemy officers if I could. While scouting and reporting in, I came under fire and killed two officers. I kept up some guerrilla fighting to thin their numbers, shot at a few more, and got taken out. After that, I was banned from the character. When I asked staff why, they said it was because I shot at a prisoner. I told them I was using an MP40 at range and couldn’t tell if anyone was a prisoner, but they just told me to appeal.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: It was a war between the interior and the military I dont know why I should be pked for fighting

After reviewing this appeal and contacting Prime for more information this PK is valid, a whole situation started with a small skirmish between the military and NSB which is where the Military won with a handful of prisoners being brought back, keep in mind this whole situation has ended by now, then you come around the corner and you start a whole new gunfight and end up dying, with all that being said this appeal is:

Denied.
