Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: before the situation I was filling out a document but soon I get pulled into a sit Arrow at first wanted me to change my name and so I did he then proceeded to longingly stare at me with his microphone cutting in and out before you know it he says "Think about what you have done maybe you'll understand in like two weeks" then I'm banned for two weeks for po's and NITRP even if this is a valid ban I would still like to know why I was banned and how it correlates to NITRP as I am a serious role-player and have full intent on keeping any RP scenario i am in good and fun

Hello, I am the staff member who banned you. You were banned under the “No Intent to Roleplay” rule because you demonstrated that A. you are behaving very infantile by walking around with a retarded voice, not to mention your description, which was supposed to describe your character’s appearance and nothing else like ministry for aura farming affairs, and even more things... 
B. Your name Kim Von Um had to be changed because it did not comply with character rule 1. I gave you the opportunity to change your name yourself, which you did, including your own rank. I asked you why you would do that, and you said nothing. Then I told you that if you were only on the server to troll/minge, you wouldn't stay long, and your response to that was, “Sure, I guess so.” I then asked you again why you would change your rank, and the answer was, “I don't know what's going on,” after you ignored me/didn't answer my more than simple question about why you would do that. I told you to just give an explanation, and you said, “Who?” Then I asked you again, and you said, “My rank?” I then looked at your PO's and found that you had been banned multiple times by members of the UA for similar reasons, I then told you to answer my question or I would ban you, and you said, “What?” I then told you again that you had changed your own rank from Regierungsrat to Unterstaatssekretär, and you said again, “I don’t know what’s going on here.” So I banned you so that you would know what was going on here.

Hello Arrow I thank you on this "Response" but most of what you said in this can be defended easily if you took the chance to talk to me or read the actual application A. your description is not always to describe you appearance as it is shown in multiple factions and agency's in the server for example the basic gendarmerie description is "|♠| Innengendarmerie | 1."Frey" Kompanie | Rank: [RANK HERE] | Certs: N/A | Gorget ID: N/A |♠|" this clearly does not show the appearance of the character and in its self is not a NITRP offence not only that my accent is for the character as he is Japanese which is clearly showing my intent to roleplay and I don't see anywhere in the rules where it says I cant B. my name being "Kim Von Un" in your eyes I see why it may be seen as unrealistic and I have no problem with you changing it but during the sit as I said in the ban application which you clearly did not read as shown in your response your microphone was cutting in and out and most of what you said in the sit was not going through as for my rank being wrong like I said before the sit I was filling out documents and I simply must have accidentally used a rank I had copied for the documents and wrongfully put it in I still don't see how this lead to a ban for "NITRP" as it could and was fixed it is clear that you as an admin need to control your emotions and not let them influence you decisions.

Hello again...

A. As stated in General Rule No. 1:

- You must roleplay seriously. This includes having a detailed and serious description, using the correct types of chat, and putting effort into creating detailed actions with /me. Anything that you say in mic or chat/do in-game actually happens in roleplay. Lastly, do not RDM/VDM/Minge/Metagame/FailRP.

And General Rule No. 12: 

- Your character’s physical description should describe your appearance. No personality descriptions like "Schizophrenic". No biographic descriptions or lists of personally-made ranks and titles. (i.e. “King of Holland”)

And Character Rule No. 2: 

- Your description must be serious, and contain a proper description of your character. Anything stated within your description is seen as an in-character description of yourself and can potentially be used against you.

B. As it says in Character Rule No. 1: 

- You must have a realistic roleplay name (First name, Last name. Nickname/middle name is optional) If an Admin deems your name to be non-roleplay based, they may change it with discretion at any time. (FailRP names include: slurs, non-name nouns/verbs, having only a single first name, names of famous characters/persons, etc.)

B.2 A member of Upper Administration has informed me that I should change your name due to the above-mentioned rule.

Personal note: If you don't like your punishment, you probably shouldn't have been banned for:

- LTARP/Char swap | LTAP during a sit /14 days
- LTARP | Switching Characters /14 days 
- LTARP. POs /28 days
- LTARP, POs /28 days
- Dealt with. /Permanent 
- RDM /3 days
- NITRP /1 day
Not including the notes...

And maybe you're telling the truth, but I don't believe you because of your past actions, because everyone reaps what they sow.

After reviewing the clips and the comments made by both you and Mr_Arrow and also looking into your PO's, this ban is valid, you are lucky that this ban wasnt extended to any longer, with that being said this appeal is:
