Explain why your flags were blacklisted: i dont remember why they were taken as this was back in June and now its October 

Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: i feel like i gotten more mature and i can handle with props and i dont fling them anymore or push into cars or fling cars and im sorry for doing it

Additional Information: idk if cezzy still staff...
