Explain why you were PK'd:  For breaking fear RP.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: “Removed FearRP Rule #8: If you are actively holding a weapon in your hand, FearRP does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R).”
The problem is that this rule change does not show on the forms/wiki, which creates confusion about whether it’s active or not. It’s understandable that I acted according to the information available. It feels unjustifiable to apply a PK under the situation, as the lack of notice made it impossible for me to reasonably know that the rule had changed. It also seems that this PK was pushed as a last resort to remove my position as Chief of the KAPO. They had enough men to capture me and they are abusing that fact and just doing shitty RP.
