Explain why you were PK'd: I had just logged in and walked over to a group of my fellas. They started harassing me about my honor dagger, which I did the blood oath for a long time ago. I haven't been active on the server in a long while, so I didn't know that to wear it, you had to have a medal. So I explained to them I had done it before, but they told me to take it off. So I start walking towards the building to remove it from my player model because it's really never that serious. But then one of the lower-ranking NCOs starts to antagonize me, so as a normal human being, I start to insult him back. Which is when they think it's a good idea to start trying to detain me. So I just keep walking towards the building to take it off my character as usual I really think there is no issue at this moment and everything is relatively calm. I haven't posed a threat at all; I haven't said I'm going to kill them or reached for my weapon. They then say they are going to shoot me if I don't stop moving, and I know I shouldn't have said this, but I say, "Go ahead," and before I can get the rest of my sentence out to explain I'm going to take it off, they shoot me when I'm at the door of the building.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think the way they handled the situation was very bad. I do enjoy getting on the server and roleplaying every once in a while, and most of the people trying to detain me were typers. So it's not like I can hear what they are saying.

Additional Information: I can provide the clip of me taking the blood oath a while back so you can tell I'm not completely bullshitting. I've been a part of this server for a while now and would appreciate if the server gave back to me a little of what I've given to it.

Hello, I was involved in your PK as the person that shot you. You had walked over, where an Unteroffizer had asked you (rather politely) about your honor dagger. Instead of attempting to explain why you had it, you said, "Don't speak to me, you stupid motherfucker." You started by being hostile and started spouting about talking to an officer. At this point, I mentioned it as well, to which you replied, "Suck my dick, loser." You then again stated, "Go tell an officer to go speak to me," and I had hit my limit of your blatant disrespect. I told you you were being detained and had about 4 people in total pointing guns at you. I had yelled at you to stop moving,  which you ignored. I then told you I would shoot you if you failed to comply, to which you said, "Hey guys, keep shooting me because that's going to fix everything" (After we shot you in the legs) and "Go ahead, bro, fucking shoot me." I gladly obliged that, because you were not complying with our orders even still. After we killed you, you were detained, where you proceeded to talk about your medal (Which the clip was taken in either a different server or an incredibly aged iteration of Prometheus, either way, swastikas everywhere). You would not seem to accept any reason we gave for detaining you, and even in the sit, you continued to whine and complain, calling it FailRP.  I believe that James's decision was completely justified and entirely caused because of your unwillingness to listen and respect others, guns trained on you or not. You clearly had little value for your life in that situation, as previously mentioned (Fucking shoot me). Of course, I will leave it for others to decide, but if you and others would like to watch the situation, I will provide the clip.

Memebers of the KG made a PK ticket on you because when they went up to you to get you to fix your uniform you started acting out and shit talking them, they wanted to detain you so 4 of them pulled guns on you and gave you orders to stop, you kept running away and after giving you enough time to come to your senses and actually listen to them you didnt so they shot you. This is a FearRP PK.
