Beschaffungsminister Leonhardt Graßl - Runs the Procurement Ministry, the Ministry sells weapons, builds factories, and manages the state war economy as a whole. The character oversees some subordinates and is politically involved generally being on the Military side of the MOI-Military political spectrum. 

 

Oberleutnant Rembrandt von Herzog-Ostpreußen - An Oberleutnant in the Army who now just occasionally recruits and gives out certifications. 

 

Polizeiunterdeiner Fritz Hoffman - Ex-Truth Minister who is in the police, annoying high-ranking officers for low-level offenses. 

 

Oberleutnant zur See Philippe Leclerc de Bordeaux - Marine Oberleutnant who recruits, trains, and occasionally attends planning meetings.

 

Oberwehrmann Magnus Axelsson Hammarström - Swedish Oberwehrmann who does what he is told.
