Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: 

I believe you should pick me for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I honestly care about the community and want to help keep things running smoothly. I enjoy being part of the server and I want to be someone the players can rely on when issues come up. I am not trying to join staff for attention or power. I want to do it because I already spend time on the server and I think I have the right attitude for the job.

When players argue or something starts to get out of hand, I stay calm and try to understand what is actually going on before making any decisions. I do not jump straight to punishments without knowing the full story. I try to treat everyone the same, even if I know them or have had problems with them before. Fairness is important to me, and I think that is something every staff member needs to take seriously.

I am also patient, which helps a lot when dealing with people who are frustrated or confused. I am good at explaining the rules in a way that makes sense, and I try to solve problems without turning them into something bigger. I know that part of the job is handling trolls, arguments, and people who do not always listen. I am used to dealing with situations like that and I do not get irritated or emotional over it.

I am active at times when the server is usually more quiet and there are not many staff around. I like helping new players get comfortable on the server and I want everyone to feel welcome when they join. I am always willing to help if someone needs something, even if it interrupts what I am doing.

Overall, I think you should pick me because I am responsible, honest, and genuinely want to help the server grow. I want to be part of a team that cares about its players and keeps the community fun and fair for everyone. I am ready to put in the effort and do the job the right way.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: 

The duties and responsibilities of the position I am applying for mainly revolve around keeping the server fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone who plays on it. I see the job as something that is a mix of keeping order and helping people. A big part of being staff is watching chat, paying attention to what is happening in the server, and stepping in when someone is breaking the rules or causing problems. It also means talking to players, understanding both sides of a situation, and making decisions that are fair and logical rather than emotional.

Another responsibility is helping new players when they join and making sure they understand how the server works. Sometimes people are confused or need guidance, and part of the job is to answer questions and make them feel welcome. There are also times when staff have to handle reports, gather information, and stay calm even when people are arguing or frustrated.

I think staff also need to set an example for how players should act. That means communicating respectfully, being patient, and not letting personal feelings affect how you handle issues. In my view, staff are there to keep things running smoothly, solve problems before they get out of control, and support the community so everyone can enjoy the experience.
