Explain why you were PK'd:  breaking fear rp

Why should you be un-PK'd?: During my pk the oberst (Arrow) yells ooc terms saying that "im just gonna pk you now" in most situations pks are voided because when you start breaking character the entire rp scenario becomes null and void because you are bringing ooc terms into a in character situation. This makes the rp scenario very low quality and questionable. Another reason this should not be a full pk was the fact that my realistic odds werent terrible with me having in mp40 and the 2 guys with pistols and that slow to react grenadier i had already had my mp40 out before any guns were being pointed at me so it couldnt be seen as a total fear rp pk. I was not pulled into a sit and explained anything i was simply pkd while walking around and makes me wonder if this pk was handled properly and professionally. I feel as if a staff member should know better not to break character in these types of situations. Furthermore i would like to call into question the person who requested the pk had been targeting me all day earlier he had arrested me simply for walking into him and there was no in character reason to arrest me which makes me feel as if this pk was requested based on ooc animosity towards me. All in all i feel that this pk was handled very sloppily and at most i should have gotten an ooc demotion or a name pk.

I spoke to the staff member involved, this PK is reversed. No OOC on-mic should ever be occurring in cases of character deaths or in cases of . However - if you pull a gun like that again while clearly outnumbered, but just pure and blatant disregard for your life by simply saying one word then shooting is going to result in a higher sentence then you being PKed.

Accepted, your PK is reversed. The situation in roleplay will still stand, you were simply knocked unconscious. Thank you for appealing.
