Appeal Type (Apology or Dispute):  I am not disputing this But I will apologize for my actions I got super pissed off I was fired because some people can't seem to realize RACE RP was against server rules but all in all I just think a permanent ban is way to excessive for the amount of doggy duke that happens on the server and people getting away with it

R4gedBait That banned me the first time quite a name by the way. I say he completed his task and lived up to his name respect him for that

Why were you banned?:  Mass RDM | NITRP and Apparently PO's whatever that means

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:  TBH with you I am not the one to judge that point is I honestly just want a time reduction I am old guard of this server and I really really think Race RP shouldn't be allowed

I extended your ban to permanent after discussion with @R4ged. I will let them explain their side, but from my understanding you actually asked for your ban to be extended beyond the original length of 2 weeks. It was noted that you said "increase it, I will just come back stronger". Additionally, when R4ged asked you to read our server rules during your ban, you directly stated that you wouldn't. This shows us a blatant and intentional disregard for our server rules which were made to create an enjoyable roleplay atmosphere.

Hello, I was the Staff member that banned you. I will begin with my reasoning on why I banned and requested for your increase.

During this you walked up to the KG tent saying "Whats up guys" with no other context and just blatently RDMed 4 possibly 5 people.

The person who made the clip made the ticket and I brought both you and him to a sit room to which I then asked you why you shot him you said he threatened you, I asked "in what way did he threaten you" you then responded by saying "he told me to leave and was gonna have me detained" to which then I asked how was he threatening you, you didn't say.

I then decided that I would be banning you for RDMing 5 KG randomly for 2 weeks you then started laughing and said "2 weeks is nothing, the longer it is the more Stronger I come back." probably not word for word but you said it like that.

I then told you to read the rules to which you responded that "I don't do that" and is when I banned you for 2 months but because of your PO's and warnings I then requested it to be permanent because you fail to read back on your previous situations to which you don't. To which you insulted me, and told me that you would come back causing even more problems. (such as breaking more rules) You have been banned for a total of 21 weeks, during those times you said you haven't read the rules. I would say that if I liked this server I would read the rules and stop causing problems for others by not reading the rules and doing what I want.

@R4ged Like I said everything I said was said out of anger and I didn't hear you talk about me reading the server rules also I indeed did RDM the KG I am not disputing that also I didn't insult you  I am confused at how that was an insult mean when I said "My nigga" I say that to everyone when I am joking around im sorry you took it that way

Also I did take the detainment as a threat I could've have just been pked for that tbh
