Why were you banned?: I was banned for telling him that he's going to have to assume.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I'll give the backstory here. These were tense times with between the NSB/MOI & Military. So I was doing a field training with a group of men in my newly formed detachment when a bunch of feldgendarmerie/feldjäger entered the NSB wing. Obviously it being tense I decided to tell my leadership over the radio (speaking in the radio using the G button) that a bunch of the Feldgendarmerie/Feldjäger were in the NSB wing. This caused a scene with one of the Grenadiers who happened to be Major Whoreson himself which I didn't know since this is the first day that I've returned to the community after a looooong break. My intentions weren't to be edgy or rude or anything of alike, things got heated in the moment since I didn't think I was doing anything wrong in the moment other than informing my superiors that a bunch of them were in our wing. Whoreson asked me what I said over the radio numerous times and at the moment I didn't feel the need to repeat myself to a Grenadier in the NSB wing (during RP obviously, didn't know it was Whoreson and he was asking OOCly or whatever it was.) so I just told him I'm not explaining myself to a Grenadier. After that he said either tell me or I will have to assume and it will be worse, I really took this as a threat as in he will try to take it to the courts but that obviously meant as a ban haha. So I am sorry for causing a scene or if I wronged you in anyway, but all I was really doing was trying to conduct a field training for my men and informing my superiors of the Feldgendarmerie's precense. I am sorry for insulting you and once again I didn't know that it was you, not that it matters, but I was wrong in that situation.

I can swear on everything I literally did not say that. Ask Key and everyone in my leadership and those who were by me, I did not say that. You must of misheard me, I would never metagame and I didn’t know it was you up until Key told me in dm’s after the ban that it was you.

I completely understand that’s what got me banned if that was the case but I am being very truthful and for someone whose been roleplaying on this and the OG community knows surely not to do such thing. I’m very sorry if I wasn’t clear.

Hello,

I was not in the NSB Wing when Ruze was approached by the Feldjagers. I was in the Prator's Lobby when I received a radio transmission that stated the Feldjager had entered the NSB Wing. I honestly do not recall ever receiving a transmission stating that Major Whoreson is the Feld. I know that this is further verified by the fact that Ruze (gamer) here didn't know that you were Major Whoreson until after he was banned and I informed him. Logically there wouldn't have been a way for him to meta in that aspect because he didn't know you were Major Whoreson. Ruze had just returned to the community today and was still getting up to speed with how everything works. I don't think he had any ill intent towards yourself or the server rules. It seemed like an argument in which he got heated over, leading to the irrational decision of not explaining his case. I think Ruze could have handled himself better but unless he somehow meta'd in a matter in which I'm not aware of, I don't think he should be banned, respectfully.

I will say this as someone who was there for most of the incident, the only transmissions that we got regarding the Feld was that they were in the NSB lobby, as well I don't believe ruze has been on 42rp since TPN so there is no way he would've known that he was speaking to Whoreson.
