Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:  I don't understand the PO's part of my ban, I was last banned from the server about a year ago. I also don't think that NITRP and FAILRP is warranted. What had happened was, I had arrested a civilian and brought him into the ICC, which was an attempt to be arrested (which I was,) in order to give some of my friends in the War Courts a trial as the city had been dead for the past 1-2 hours. I was then detained by R4gedBait when I refused to comply with his orders, and then began verbally spouting off to all of the individuals involved in my detainment. I was gagged and ungagged several times, and complied with the gagging. I'm not sure where the FailRP, nor the NITRP is coming from since I intentionally created and carried out the scene that we were apart of, complied with in-character gagging, and didn't really do anything egregious while I was cuffed. While I did act like a retard while I was detained, I don't believe I violated any server rules while I was detained. 

Additional Information: I don't think this ban is justified, I just wanted to give my friends some (semi) meaningful roleplay interaction while the server was dead.

I was one of the ricthers and I dont really see what this guy did to get banned, I dont know how to had no intention to roleplay, or failed roleplay. He set up a scene that would include a trial so the richters and other people had stuff to do, He complied with the IC gagging and was complient during the trial.

Hi, I wasn't the staff member who banned you, but I had witnessed your conduct several times. In the court trial, you hit a dance bind followed by the quote "/me busts it down sexual style." Is that really something that should be prevalent among strangers online? I fail to understand how you can believe in saying things like that without receiving punishment. Also, for the first time, we gagged you; you didn't stop speaking until I placed a forced gag on you, and while you couldn't talk, you did the dance thing I discussed earlier. Call me biased, but I believe that this ban was entirely justified.

Hi I was the staff member that banned you, the reason I banned you wasn't because of the trial it was because on how you acted. Let me start from the beginning.

The first thing is that when I walked up to you, you seemed fine but when I started talking to you, you started acting like an Idiot saying sentences like "67" or OOC things within IC consistently, I get you are just trying to make your friends have fun and do a trial but the way you did it was completely retarded. I believe the ban is justified for the amount of things you said during the interaction.

To be fair I would have banned you sooner before the trial but I wanted to give you a chance, but how you acted during the whole trial and before was completely absurd.

In the next future I recommend to think on what you say within RP and not say words that revolve around the year 2025 or modern slang as we are in a 1940 Serious RP. Not something that is a side gig to mess around in.

I was literally dancing? I'm not sure how saying "busts down sexual style" is failrp nor NITRP? I also didn't realize somebody had gagged me, which thereafter that I didn't speak until I was ungagged IC.

Other than saying 67 once, I didn't speak about OOC things during that entire interaction. I think you're blowing this entirely out of proportion.

I would attempt to explain how you physically cannot dance while your arms are bound behind you, but I feel like that's a waste of time. Also,  how would pretending to "bust it down sexual style" fit into a serious role-play environment with your life on the line?

I'm pretty sure that I had typed a /me for "attempt's to dance while restrained." If I didn't, I meant to. I was also trying to express the rhythm that my character was dancing with. Maybe not the best choice of wordage, But I was just attempting to show that I was dancing well. I also wasn't made aware that my life was on the line at that time, I didn't know I could've been executed for the charges placed against me; my rational was that I would only be discharged or jailed at the worst, not executed. Prompting me to take the ordeal lightheartedly.
