So, I was drunk at the time and had no idea what I was doing, and then the situation came were i didn´t wanned deal with the to people and brogt my self in a bad position and i understand that I shuld cooperrate in this situation 
and yes, of cours I admit that i messed up at that time,so I wanned to apologize and hope the pk will be lifted.

Hello, I am the staff member who authorised and carried out your PK. 
I don't believe being drunk is an excuse, but that is up to UA to decide. Regarding the situation, you were given plenty of time to react, and you refused to comply; hence, you were shot and PKed.
My only recommendation for the future is not to get on the server, especially your main character, while drunk.
